$79–$995+

Priced by the document

Where a document falls in that range depends on:

  • the kind of document and what it must contain;
  • how many parties and properties it covers;
  • how much of it rests on records we must first locate or read;
  • whether it must meet a particular recording or filing format.

Depends on the document and its complexity. Quoted in writing before work starts. Document preparation is paid work; DrillTitle does not offer free drafting.

You receive

  • A prepared document, formatted for its intended use.
  • A list of the facts and records it was prepared from.
  • Anything we could not confirm, stated for your review.

A fictional example: a recording-ready exhibit describing “Lot 12, Example Acres Subdivision” for Jordan A. Sample, prepared from the plat and deed Jordan supplied.

How pricing works

  • Fixed-price work has a defined scope, stated with each service.
  • Complex matters receive a written scope and final quote before work starts.
  • Multi-property and expedited work require separate pricing.
  • Government, clerk, certified-copy, database and retrieval charges are separate, and you approve them before they are incurred.
